Electriq Power offers homeowners complete, clean, affordable, and reliable energy with Solar Power and Smart Home Backup Battery. Homeowners have zero up-front cost, no more worrying about electricity price increases and offers them peace of mind because renewable energy stays on even when the grid goes down!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Door knocking throughout the week to self-generate leads and set appointments in assigned residential communities. No selling required.
- Educate homeowners on how our programs improve sustainability, resiliency and provide affordable solar and storage at zero upfront cost and backed by their local community. It is a solution designed to meet their electricity needs and improve their sustainable lifestyle.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers (i.e., collect utility bills from homeowners, making follow up calls and sending follow-up emails to customers, reviewing completed sales documentation, data entry in CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and optimize outreach strategies.
- Flexible schedule Monday - Friday with weekends and evenings as needed.
- Flexible start times.
Hourly Rate, Uncapped Bonuses & Growth Opportunities:
We offer $20.00 per/hr plus uncapped bonus pay

Qualifications:
- Passion for the Renewable Energy space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Build and increase relationships within diverse communities
- Participate in door-to-door outreach; as well as in local community events as scheduled
- Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Enjoy working outdoors at events and in residential neighborhoods
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
